Rental
We have a wide choice of weekly holiday rentals, ranging from small studio to large chalet for 12 people but also from simple comfort (2 **) to luxurious (5 *****). We also offer seasonal rentals and yearly rentals. You can comfortably view our database with photos, virtual tours, descriptions and availabilities.

Rental management, surveillance and management
We offer a comprehensive rental management service for apartments and chalets in the Verbier resort. This service includes monitoring and visiting the property at the owner’s request, turning on the heating, and advising on maintenance and minor renovation work.
As required, we can also clean the property, keep a set of keys at the agency, and coordinate with the usual service providers (cleaning and maintenance companies, etc.).
In addition, we offer :
– domiciliation of the owner with Agence Eugster,
– mail reception and safekeeping,
– checking and payment of current bills,
– opening of a private account dedicated to funds management,
– as well as providing a detailed statement of account with supporting documents via our Extranet platform. -
Sale
We offer an interesting choice of apartments and chalets for sale, either on plans, new or in resale. Our sales department is at your disposal for any information concerning the particular real estate market of Verbier. We also provide you free estimations of your apartment or chalet and we advise you on the various possibilities to sell it as well as on the procedure of sale to foreign people, the capital gains tax, our sale commission, etc…

Property administration
Our administrative department deals with all co-ownership procedures. We organize annual meetings and we implement decisions of the Assembly. We ensure the maintenance of the building, the follow-up of important works as well as the management of the cash and payment of invoices. In addition to the presentation of annual accounts and budget, we allocate common costs and expenses among co-owners, we collect their contributions and manage the community’s heritage, in particular the renovation fund. We spontaneously take all urgent measures required to prevent or repair damage.
